Special Promotion – Free Shipping on Select Orders (Ontario & Quebec)

For a limited time, we’re offering FREE standard shipping on online orders only over $2,500 CAD for select products from Trison, Roll Rite, Aero, Shur-Co, Michels, and E-Cargo.

This offer is valid for deliveries within Ontario and Quebec and applies only to products eligible for standard shipping.
Oversized products with a length of 108 inches or more are excluded from this promotion, even if your order total exceeds $2,500 CAD.

If your order qualifies, free shipping will appear automatically at checkout. If it doesn’t appear, one or more items may be oversized or ineligible.

This promotion is available for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Order Processing Time

In-stock items: Orders received by 12:00 PM (local time) on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
Custom or freight items: Processing times vary. Most are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery taking 1–10 business days depending on the destination and product type.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.
Please note: custom products and freight shipments are not eligible for same-day shipping due to additional handling requirements.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canadian addresses only.
For orders in the United States, please visit our U.S. website: www.trisontarps.com
Some products cannot be delivered to residential addresses. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to arrange delivery to a commercial or alternate location.
Orders may ship in multiple packages based on availability, size, or weight, and may arrive separately.

Shipping Methods & Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.
Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.
TrisonTarps.ca reserves the right to upgrade your selected shipping method to a comparable or faster option at no extra cost.
For large or heavy orders, we may switch from standard shipping to freight shipping when necessary.

Oversized & Overweight Items

Products with any dimension 108 inches or more are classified as oversized and require a custom shipping solution.
Please contact us to arrange shipping for these items.

Partial Shipments

If your order contains both stocked and custom or freight items, we may ship the stocked items first to avoid delays.
There is no additional charge for partial shipments.

Local Pickup

In-store pickup is available and can be selected during checkout.
Orders picked up in-store do not qualify for any additional discounts, including those associated with free shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Duties & Taxes

Trison Tarps is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred after shipment.
All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
