Aluminum Storage Boxes for Semi Trucks and Flatbed Trailers

If you need custom sized aluminum storage boxes, we do that as well. Custom options are great for maximizing your available space.

Our 24” wide step box is a bit too big for that space? Get a 22” wide!

Your drop deck trailer doesn’t have enough clearance for an 18” tall box? Get a 16”!

Storage Box Options

Step boxes

Step boxes are designed to mount to the frame of your truck, to allow easy and safe access to the deck.

They typically come in 12”, 18”, 24”, 30”, and 36” widths.

If you need something else, we can certainly make that as well.

Typically there are 2 steps on the box, and a door that opens with a whale tail handle.

Weatherproof edging ensures the box remains waterproof and your equipment is protected from the elements.

These boxes are available in polished aluminum or checkerplate finish.

Order a mounting kit as well, and you are ready to install the box; or have us install the box at our hourly shop rate.

Storage Boxes for Flatbed Trailers & Drop Deck Trailers

The typical aluminum storage box for flatbed trailers is 24” tall, 24” deep, and 60” (5 feet) wide and has two doors that swing to the sides.

48″ wide storage boxes are also available.

These boxes are available in polished aluminum or checkerplate finish.

A high quality stainless steel cam lock handle is standard at Trison; no more struggling with cheap T Handles that can break, are hard to handle with a gloved hand, and product inside the box can sit against the turnkey, making it so the box can’t be opened easily.

A cam lock style handle ensures none of these issues arise.

An aluminum storage box for a drop deck trailer is virtually the same, but is usually just 18” tall instead of 24” b/c the clearance from the ground to the deck is much less than a typical flatbed trailer.

Between Frame Storage Boxes

These storage boxes are designed to mount between the frame rails of your semi truck.

They allow the empty space between the frame rails to be used for storage, instead of just being empty space.

They typically have one door with a whale tail handle for easy accessibility.

These boxes are also available in polished aluminum or checkerplate finish.
