Truck Tarps

Trison Tarps manufactures a wide range of truck tarps: Steel tarps, lumber tarps, side roll tarps (for electric and manual systems), cable system tarps, dump truck tarps, and dump trailer tarps.

All of our truck tarps are made in Canada or the USA with global materials.

We are widely known for heavy duty tarps, and work hard to keep that reputation!

We’ve also put a lot of work into figuring out how to provide good quality, strong but lightweight steel and lumber tarps, and we have some good options for this as described below.

Lumber Tarps

We have 2 pc lumber tarp sets, 3 pc lumber tarps sets, and singles in stock and available in 8 foot drop sizes.

Our Trison Advantage 16oz vinyl tarps are in stock and ready to ship or pickup at our Brantford location.

If you are interested in lightweight options, we currently do not have them in stock – they are very popular!

We can do lightweight side lumber tarps, or complete lightweight lumber tarps and lumber tarp sets.

For these, we use 10oz material for the sides only; with 16oz on the top and 1 foot down each side so the top of the load where the tarp bears the brunt of the wear.

Or, for a truly lightweight option, we offer a complete 10oz lightweight lumber tarp.

We can provide custom D-ring row locations, custom D-ring spacing on the rows, flap or no flap or front and back flap.

We use very strong #4 stainless steel grommets in all of our lumber tarps.

Steel Tarps

We currently have 3 steel tarp size options available; all are made with our lighter than industry average Trison Advantage 16 oz vinyl.

The sizes in stock and ready to ship are:

16′ x 16′ steel tarp with 2 d-ring rows on each side and end

16′ x 18′ steel tarp with 2 d-ring rows on each side and end

16′ x 27′ steel tarp with end flap and 2 d-ring rows on the sides

We can provide custom D-ring row locations, custom D-ring spacing on the rows, flap or no flap or front and back flap.

Smoke Tarps

Smoke tarps are sometimes called Nose Tarps as well.

These are small tarps meant to cover the top front of a load to avoid any debris or exhaust hitting the load.

You might see a load of nice white plastic wrapped snowmobiles, and a small tarp on the front, top of the load.

This is just to avoid the buildup of black soot or exhaust from the truck stacks rather than the way tarps are often used to keep things from getting wet.

Dump Truck and Dump Trailer Tarps

We stock many sizes and colors of Dump truck tarps, like black, red, blue, green, even purple, orange, and yellow.

Dump trailer tarps are basically the same, but just longer.

We can manufacture any size you need, from a small landscaper’s dump  trailer to a full size 53′ trailer.

Side Roll Tarps

Trison Tarps manufactures a heavy duty side roll tarp with reinforcing on every area where the tarp touches the trailer frame, bows, etc.

We use a very heavy duty vinyl that requires a special method of cutting. It is hard to cut even with scissors.

Cable System Tarps

We manufacture mesh cable system tarps in many colors. Our most popular are Black and Red and Blue.

If you need a cable system tarp for a Stargate live bottom trailer, a Trail King Red River 3 axle, 4 axle, or 5 axle, or a Stargate end dump, we usually have the right size tarp for your trailer in stock and ready to ship same day.

As long as you schedule your time slot, we can remove your tarp, install a new one, and have you back on the road in the same day.
