The Durabilt Winch Bar Ratchet handle operates both right and left handed. The handle is 28″ long and allows you to easily tension straps. Meets DOT, CHP, WSTDA-T3 and Canadian Standard 905. The Winch bar is powder coated to resist abrasion and rust.
