Roll Rite 49715 TORC Pivot Upgrade Kit, From DC350 to DC850 Pivots

The Roll Rite 49715 TORC Pivot Upgrade Kit is designed to update older Roll Rite DC350 tarp systems to the newer TORC™ pivot configuration used with the DC800/DC850 generation. The complete kit replaces both the passenger- and driver-side pivot assemblies, providing the components needed to update both sides of the older DC350 pivot setup.

The kit includes one 49709 Passenger Side TORC Pivot Assembly and one 49710 Driver Side TORC Pivot Assembly, along with a DC350/DC850 notice sheet and DC Series installation, owner’s, and service manual.

TORC Pivot Technology

TORC stands for Tension Operated Rotary Cam. The newer design uses gas springs to provide arm tension throughout the tarping cycle rather than the traditional steel spring pivot configuration used on older systems.

Compatibility & Upgrade Note

The Roll Rite DC350 has been replaced by the newer DC800/DC850 generation. For an older DC350 that still has the previous pivot configuration, the 49715 kit provides both TORC pivot assemblies required to update the system to the newer pivot design.
If your system is already equipped with TORC pivots and only one side needs replacement, use the 49709 Passenger Side Pivot Assembly or 49710 Driver Side Pivot Assembly as required.
